The Computerhas No Power. Have Tried Plugging Into Different Outlets; No Power.

If it has no power, I believe that there is a problem with the AC adapter of your Toshiba Satellite P855-S5312. The best thing you can do is observe the AC adapter if it charges the battery or has a light indicator. In case that is the problem, you can buy replacement chargers from the links below.
