If you have not deleted the recovery partition then a system recovery is possible. This will recover the OS key automatically. Check the link here to Toshiba and follow the troubleshooting info available. This will of course delete all your data so it will take it back to out of the box. To recover the data lost you will need to run a recovery on the disk drive as an external drive first. Then rebuild.
