Battery Power Issue
i have a toshiba p55w-c5200x it is a little over a year old and will no longer power up with out the ac power adapter plugged in. the laptop has an app that has a battery status check? it said the battery was not an affected battery or eligible for a replacement. i was wondering if there are any other trouble shooting options to try? i tried removing the battery and holding the power button(required removing the back of the laptop) ...replaced battery and still wont run on battery only. if the ac power is plugged in the pc will start and work fine and tell me the battery is 100% charged. prior to this issue the laptop had a very good battery life. looking for some suggestions to trouble shoot with.Thank you for your time.Virgil

You can try this battery reset if is available on your pc but most likely the battery is failing. Go here for a replacement battery.
