Where's My Mouse Gone?

I've had the Toshiba L875D for a month and now the mouse has disappeared once I get logged on. (The mouse is there on the start up screen) but once I get logged in I can't do anything as a cant click on anything!

Your Toshiba Satellite L875D-S7230 cannot display the mouse pointer because of one of the following reasons.

1. Corrupted Operating System files - Try to reinstall the Operating System or restore your computer to its factory settings.

2. Corrupted touchpad driver software - Reinstall the driver software using the software CD that came with the package.
