Keyboard Not Properly Working

The keyboard is not working. Several keys stopped working. I replaced the keyboard and I still have the same problem. I restored the system (Windows 8) and still the same. What can be done?

Hi. It sadly sounds like you have a defect system board. You will need to contact support directly if you are still under warranty.
