It is possible but you would be advised to upgrade the ram and the HDD to an SSD. The processor is a bit slow in real terms needing an I5 as a preferred CPU. So a new laptop of that level would be needed if your budget will go to it. There is a youtube of the game on a Toshiba with the relevant specs at the beginning
