Ok, I Have Unistalled In That Way, But When I Try To Install Another Antivirus,
it says that Norton is still on the laptop and I dont know how unistall it, because it doesnt appear

Use Windows to uninstall every app that has the word Norton in it.
Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Uninstall a Program
Click on any Norton app in the list, then click Uninstall above the top of the list.
