How Do I Take The Cooling Fan Off Of The Motherboard?

Toshiba Satellite laptop L655-S5157. Took main screw off of left side of fan assembly, but fan attached to motherboard on the right. Don't see any screws to remove on that side. Any help out there? Also, there is what looks like a black vent attached to the fan. How to get that off so I can attach it to new fan? thanks.
