Is There An Application To Download From Toshiba So It Will Go To Bios, Turn On

any downloads to start my Toshiba d855c. Will not start st all trying all possible?

First try the instructions on this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ehw6UYie1g. if that did solve the problem then your operating system might be corrupt' install a new one.

To enter the BIOS, hit F2 at the Toshiba logo - you do not need a software download to achieve this unless if I am missing a detail or two.
