How Can I Reset A Toshiba C855d S5100 Laptop With No Discs?

I read the toshiba guide and followed the I tried the "f12" at bootup to the advanced setup wizard, but when i try to reset there it says i am missing the needed drive partition. I have no discs or anything it is a used laptop... and I am not super "techy" - help!!

hello

if you take of the back door, inside you will see the fuser unit which is also called the heater unit, there may be covers on either side that have to come off otherwise look for the screws that hold it in they are shiny screws. be careful how you unplug the unit
