Touchpad Freezing, Toshiba Satellite C850
Okay, I got this on Friday, a brand new laptop, from my insurance company as I broke my old laptop.
It works great except for the fact that if I have Minecraft or some other program not Firefox running, and I get a Skype or Facebook message, it glitches and the mouse won't move no matter how i touch the pad. All other buttons and the clicker will work.
I tried f5 and fn+f9, neither work?
Have to restart computer which is a pain in the butt, also annoys friends who were messaging me!!
I'm 15, so could you make your answers non-techie for me please, i'm not brilliant with driver names etc =p

If the touchpad is freezing, there might be a problem with the driver software installed. The driver might be corrupted that requires reinstallation. You can download the driver software for this computer from the following links.
