This link should help if its your windows password.

 Just type in 'Windows password recovery', and you will find a link to a program to download on another pc/laptop and make a password recovery disc from an iso image that it will direct you to. For some reason the links are not being allowed for direct link from here.

If its your bios password, then you may be able to reset that by using a paperclip, and bridging the points under the bios battery for about 10 seconds. This was in older Toshiba's under the ram sticks, and there was a U shape with a T inside it, you need to bridge the U shape and earth it (the heatsink, or a base of a screw) It may be two soldered joints close together on these newer laptops, and it is usually covered with a piece of black insulated tape.
