On the older ones there was a u-shaped , with a little spot beneath it that needed to be shorted . I usually uase a bent paperclip, to touch each terminal
As I have not opened one of these up.I can only suggest that you look under the ram sticks -look for POSSIBLY TWO SPOTS OF SOLDER AND B500- (it was on the 655 series)
Now this is at your own risk.
If you find these solder dots, and short them for about 30 seonds- then put in a stick of ram, and the power unit, and press the start button- if successful, the laptop will start without password lockout.
If not I suggest that you have a look around -perhaps u-tube, and see what others have tried.
The methods I described, above worked for me, on other models-
