Factory Restore

I have a toshiba qosmio x875-q7380. There was a mandatory update being installed that failed part way through. It corrupted the hard drive and partitions. There was no choice but to erase both HDD. Now when you turn on the computer it says no bootable device- please restart system. The only thing I can access now is the bios using F12 at start-up. Therefore I need the original factory disk to reinstall the OS with the drivers for this laptop and features. I believe the original version of Windows was win 8 and I upgraded to 8.1 then win 10. Either way I am looking for the factory disk to not only get the OS restored but I need the camera, DVD burner etc to work. Where can I get the disk to restore my laptop?
