Hi - Can anyone tell me where I can find the software driver for this piece of hardware (Toshiba PA3043U-1FDD)? Thanks.

There is no specific driver for this drive. You can use a generic driver, I've done it before but cannot recall the exact driver used. It was either a Teac or NEC driver. You must select the driver manually in the device manager and it seems like an odd selection bgut it does work.
If I can locate any additional info I'll update this answer.
