Replacement Bulb Procedure

I replaced my bulb and still no picture.  The light on the front glows next to the word "lamp".  Is it possible I have a bad ballast?

yes it's possible but for shure check you door lamp there a little pin that push on a switch to confirm that is in place if the switch stay open give error lamp too
