My Toshiba Tv (62hm15a) won't Turn On Properly.
When i turn on the tv, the power indicator light goes on but i do not get a picture or sound. after several seconds the timer record light goes on and starts blinking and then both lights shut off and then back on and the process continues to repeat with no picture or sound.
