Lines Running Thru My Screen

my picture screen has lines running thru it, they just appeared in the middle of programs? i put on a dvd and they still are doing it,i turned on my tv in the bedroom and it has a fine picture. so is it my tv, it's not the connection or the dish network? i also turned tv off and on? the lines run horizontal and so badly you cannot make out picture.

your DLP rear projection HDTV relies on the optical engine to produce the picture, so this is a likely culprit. After the engine is sent back for the $176.00 core: Manufacturer   Toshiba Part Number 75002047 Description OPTICAL ENGINE 95.   List $300.00

or it could be the digital/seine board, which is no longer available, but can be sent in for rebuild:
