The Power Light Blinks On My Tv And Wont Stop. Why?

If I turn on the TV I will hear a click click click. After that the power light turns on and than it starts blinking and then it wont stop. The picture remains blank no matter what. I also can not change the TV input. I do not have cable or other television on this TV and use it as a PC monitor, a Movie screen and a WiiU screen. I have tried plugging it into different outlets with the same result. It is a 50H71 TOSHIBA Theaterview HD. Thank you.
