37rv525rz Flicker And Freeze
I have 2, 37rv52rz Toshiba lcd tv. From while ago
top 1/3 of screen flickering 2 seconds and return to normal screen for another 2 seconds. It keeps do while power is on.
I switched all pcb boards with the other tv, but still the same.
Is The light behind lcd pannel going bad?

If you changed the inverter board with a known good one, then there is a bad lamp inside the panel. I'm assuming you have another set that the LCD screen was broken to have all the parts. Then you have a source for these florescent tubes. These are replaceable, I do it all the time. just be careful. You can leave all the boards attached to the back of the panel (except the flex connectors to the LCD glass screen) so you can plug it in and see what the lamps are doing. Just turn it on and the unplug it, so you just need to re-plug in the AC cord (no need to have the keyboard, remote sensor, or speakers attached)
