My Tv Is Flashing Colurs
My Tv is flashing colours. the picture is on but lines of colours flashing through. the number on the back of the Tv is 32BV700B its a Toshiba Tv ..Is there anything i can do to the tv. its only 18 month old ,,thankyou

Unfortunately I don't think there's anything you can do unless you are experienced in TV repair. It's most definitely a hardware issue. You can try contacting Toshiba and see if they have any suggestions. Contact information can be found here:
