Is This Computer Worth Upgrading I Have Never Had Any Problems With It !

Depends on what you want to upgrade. Hard drives are pretty cheap I just got a 320 gig drive off newegg.com for $40 ram would probably be $50-100 depending on how much you want. I wouldn't put more Than $100 in it personally.
