Hi, there are many things that could prevent your 20332 mower from starting. For a brand new mower, make sure you added the oil first before trying to start -- 20 ounces of type SAE 30 oil (it should have come with the mower).

If it's an electric start mower, make sure the battery is charged and the fuse is good. Try starting it manually -- it may just be a problem with the electric start.

It could also be a bad spark plug, but with a new mower that's not very likely. If you've added oil and gas, and everything is correctly attached, you should probably return it to the vendor and have them either check it or replace it.
