Where Is The Oil Drain Plug On A Toro Personal Pace Mower

Hi, this model doesn't have a separate drain plug for the oil -- it drains out of the same hole that you pour the oil in. You can find the instructions for changing the oil on page 15 of the owner's manual. If you need a copy of the manual, you can download it here for free:
