The Timex T436B is a digital watch that has an alarm, stopwatch, and timer. It also has a backlight to help users see the time in dark or dimly lit areas. For the date setting, you should press the "MODE" button until it displays "SET DATE." Then hold down the "SET" button until you see the correct year on the display. You can then use the same process to set the month and day.
