My Remote Is Very Slow To Operate.

The cable box does not seem to register the remote controls commands. The appropriate light on the remote comes on when I try to change channels, but the cable box either does nothing or changes the channels only minutes later (literally). Please help! I know the remote is working, since it will turn the tv on and off -- the problem is with the interface between the cable box and the remote. Thanks!

try to disconnect the cable box from the power outlet for 1 minutes reconnect and wait for booting takes 2, 3 minutes and retry

Hello,

My remote is also a very slow one to operate.

Time Warner Cable told me that its because of all the programmed channels and there might a issue with the coverage for the lazar in the front of it to read your box.

Make sure the front of the remote is facing your TWC box.
