Many Stations Are Unaccessible On Tv, Caller Id No Longer Shows On The Screen.

Many stations are no longer accessible on the TV nor is caller ID showing on the screen.

Double-check your Caller ID settings. Press Settings, go to Caller ID and Select Set-Up. Make Sure the Prompt is on. As for the missing channels it could just be a technical problem but I suggest you call CS@ 1-855-394-6832 for assistance.
