How to Turn on Caller ID Alert | Time Warner Cable

Press the Settings button.
Scroll up/down to Caller ID and press Select.
An Enhanced menu is displayed.
Select "Set Up".
Press Select to toggle the Caller ID prompt on or off. If turned on, the caller name and number will appear on the screen whenever there is an incoming call.
