Remote Guide Is Only Showing The Hd Channels, Would Like To To See Only Basic Ch

using remote guide it goes automatic to the HD channels. i would like to rest remote

I had to the same problem and spent ~10 minutes hitting every button on the remote and figured it out.

Here goes:

Hit Guide to bring up the TV guide.
Hit Guide AGAIN and it should say "Select Guide Channels".
If you're having the same issue as me, "High Definition" is highlighted. Select "All Channels".
