Guide Button Only Shows Hd Channels

When I press the guide button on my remote it only shows upper level channels, nothing in the single or double digits. How can I get the full guide back?

Hello,

Your TV,Box might be automattically the HD channel. However if you type in Channel 5 it should go there no matter the situation.
