What Is The Process To Cancel My The General Policy?
Has anyone successfully cancelled their The General policy and received a refund? I feel like they are giving me the run-a-round!

To cancel, just follow the steps below:
- Log in My Account
- Go to 'My Policies'
- Choose 'Cancel' (if your policy hasn't started yet please make the effective date of cancellation' the same date as your policy's start date)
- Select your reason for cancellation from the drop down menu
- Click 'Cancel policy and surrender your insurance certificate
Please note if you are prompted to enter your new premium then please enter it in the following format without any other characters:
- 120.99 (for example)
