Can Underwear In Original Condition With Tags On Be Returned

The criterion for underwear is not whether tags are on but whether the purchase is "unsealed after delivery." (For the complete policy, see https://www.tesco.com/direct/help/returns-policy.page.) What this means is that if you opened the package it's not returnable, even if you resealed it. It's possible, of course, that the customer service rep may take it back anyway, so you might want to give it a try.
