Can I Return To Any Tj Maxx Store Location?
Hello,I had a return for an item that I have the receipt for. The store where I purchased it is not near my home so I attempted to return it WITH THE ORIGINAL receipt. After several minutes of the associate looking over the receipt, she informed me that I was not able to return the item because that particular store did not sell the item. Is this accurate?Thank you.

You can return the item to any store, regardless. If necessary, speak to the store manager, preferably in person.
