Turn off your cell phone,remove your Sim card, with a pencil eraser clean the gold plated contacts of the Sim card. Cut a piece of paper the same width as the Sim card and clean the Sim card contacts with it or use compressed air. Reinsert the Sim card and turn your cell phone back on.
