I do not knwo why my phone is just saying searching, I know my bill is paid in full..

This means that it is searching for a cell signal. (ie, trying to contact cell towers so that you can make a call.) This happens when you are out of the range that T-mobile covers. If you know for certain that you are within range, then there is something wrong with your cell phone receiver.
