No phone on the market has HDMI outputs. None are 3D capable. Many are 3G capable which I assume is what you meant. As for Flash support, only a few of the newer ones support it.

I recommend that you go to the link I listed and browse the phones. Expect to pay between $300 and $500 depending on the final list of features you choose.
