Radio Needs Code

Bought this Vehicle.from a used car dealer. The radio CLCR03 XM ready has flashing NEED CODE and 0000. The dealer said the battery was disconnected. How do I reset, or do you have the code I can put in to make radio work? Also, where can I order the owners manual?
