Why Are Some Of My Channels Not Working?
This had been ongoing since February. Several channels don't work. They are just a blue screen. I have called Suddenlink several times and nothing gets resolved. Service calls are scheduled and the techs never show. When I call I get told it's an outage in my area. BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
