Hold Message On Temperature Gage
An orange message has come on this mornig Hold, located near temperature gage

You must have accidentally actuated the hold button. See the manual here https://www.helpowl.com/a/Subaru/2007-Forester/Manuals/4874 for the button's location. The button is near the gear selector.
