I Have A Subaru Legacy B4 1998 Which Have A Green Power Light Flashing.
i have a subaru legacy B4 1998 make which has a green power light flashing whenever the car running. what could be the problem? i tried to service the car and the problem is where iam there are no diagnostic tools.i would also want to buy a diagnostic tool,anyone who knows where to get one online can do me a favor to show me.am based in zambia.
