Electrical

we are remolding a kitchen and originally set up our electrical for a different brand refrigerator and freezer. It was placed up high on the wall. I have changed my mind on the brand and now want to go with sub-zero. Reading the specs, it's shows the electrical placed off the ground. I believe the power source is at the top of a sub zero as well. Would we be able to make the adjustment with out moving the electrical?
