Subzero Won't Come On

About a 3 months ago we experienced a power reduction during a storm. Then it came back to full. Well one of my subzero 611 went out . It will not come on , there is a clicking sound that it makes. I'm wondering if the power fluctuations damaged the motor. I don't want to waste money on a service call just to have them tell me it's a wrap. I've had it turned off for weeks thinking that would help.
