All you have to do is go to the tap the menu while in the email app, bring up the accounts and hold on the account you wish to delete. A menu will pop up with a delete option. I inherited my mom's old Proclaim and needed to delete her email and it was driving me nuts because there's NOTHING in the user manual about this!
