Hi! You can block a phone number by downloading the "Call Detector" via "Google Play" store. The application is applicable for "Android" or "Smart' phones. For further assistance, please send us an email at [email protected] or you can chat with us live at http://bit.ly/16DrgbW.

Since you dont specify the phone that you use or the network that you use, i am not sure my answer applies to you.

This answer applies to IPHONE only

1. Add the person you want to block as a contact, if not already in your contacts

2. Go To SETTINGS, Tap PHONE, Tap BLOCKED, Tap ADD NEW..., Then tap the contact you want to block,

3. Then go back, back, and press the home button. Close the settings app

4. You are done. Phone calls from the person do not get through, SMS does not go through.

This works on Iphone with IOS7. I am not sure about other versions.

Hello,

It really depends on what type of phone you have. But typically most phones - you will need to go in to your Settings options. I know how to tell you with an iPhone but most phones will typically be the same. Go to your Settings options on your phone. You should have an option there listed for "Phone" or something similiar to set up your Phone settings. Go in to this. Within in this, on the iPhone there is an option on the 5s that says "Blocked"-go in to that- and you will see ADD NEW. Once you hit Add New- your contact list will come up and you just tap on the person you would like BLOCKED. They will be Blocked from everything-texting and calling. Now, if you do not have an iPhone- then the choices may be a little different, however, you should be able to figure it out. It may not say, BLOCKED under your phone settings- but it should be easy enough to figure out. If all else fails, I know before I had an iPhone I called my phone company and had them block the number for me. If you have a reasonable explanation-they will not charge you to do so. :)

Straight talk can only block them from texting you , they can't block it from calling you. You will have to change your phone number and be careful who you give it to. Hope this helps. (:

Straight Talk (Tracfone) is basically a 3rd party middle-man provider of service via their partners AT&T and TMobile. THey are not an actual carrier. That's why they don't offer special phone service features like number blocking.

Call 611 [Straighttalk]. Answer the few questions to get you where you need to go. Talk to a customer service representative, since they are not a BIG company, they can only assist you with changing your number completely.

Hope this helps. ;)
