Need Help Please
I HAVE A STRAIGHT TALK PHONE THAT MY BROTHER GOT AT A GARAGE SALE AND GAVE TO ME ABOUT A MONTH A GO AND I GOT IT TURNED ON WITH A NEW NUMBER AND IT GOT BROKE IN HALF WELL I JUST BUT MINS ON IT THREE DAYS EARLIER AND A FRIEND OF MY DAUGHTERS GAVE ME HER OLD PHONE AND NOW THEY WON'T LET ME TRANSFERE MY NUMBER AND MINS FROM MY OLD PHONE TO THIS ONE PLEASE HELP ME I NEED THIS PHONE

You can transfer an existing Straight Talk number and minutes to the new phone that you wish to activate by signing into their website and choosing that option, then by following the online instructions:
https://www.straighttalk.com/Activate
Note that the transfer may take up to 24 hours.
