Ts 500i Will Not Start

this is my first time to work on the new ts 500i saw, this beast will not turn over, i have spark i have fuel, i did the engine check on it, and everything seems to be operational, but the saw will not fire over. They advertise this saw to be " EASY START" if anyone has had a problem with this saw, i could use some help!

Hi, When cold or has been sitting for longer than ten minutesthe TS 500i requires 10 - 15 pumps on the primer bulb to represurise the fuel injection system for initial startup. Once the saw has been in use and you go to restart it (within 10 min) a further 5 - 6 pumps is required at each startup. I'm reliably told you cannot flood them!
