Stihl Sr 450 Backpack Sprayer Valve Lever
Stihl sr 450 backpack sprayer- liquid runs out as if valve lever is open.

After referring to the user guide available here:
There could be debris inside the pipework causing the valve to be hald open. This would entail some disassembly to clean out the pipework to make sure that there is no blockage. A high pressure jetwash could be used to flush the pipe through. If that is the way you go then ensure all the valves are open and remove the pipe from the engine assembly so isolating only the pipework before starting work. The other cause could be the valve itself has failed and requires replacement. Without investigation it is difficult to give a conclusive response. If the unit has been over wintered it should have been emptied before storage as the liquid would leave a residue inside taps and pipes whilst in store.
