Why Does The Head Spin But Won't Cut?

It could be you have the cord wound incorrectly or it is not assembled the right way. The instructions for setting the cutting line is around page 14 onwards in the user guide available from this link.

The winding of the line is essential to correct operation.

Why is my grass trimmer not cutting?
If the spool is empty, replace it. If the ports on the trimmer are clogged with grass or dirt, clean them out and wipe any debris from the line remaining on the spool. If the cutting line is twisted, pull it off of the spool and rewind it carefully, making sure the loops don't cross.
