Br 700 X Leaf Blower Stops Running After 10 Minutes

My Stihl br 700 X leafblower will run for about 10 minutes at full throttle then bog down and quit. You can start it up again and it runs at idle but won't accept any throttle without stalling. It's 2 years 5 months old.I had a local Stihl service person try to fix it. He claims to have replaced the coil, carburetor and fuel tank vent. Didn't help at all. Any ideas?Jim Richmond
