If you can't get the parts from the company [use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/stihl/customer-service], you may be able to obtain the part number. Then, even without the part number, consider the following:

If you're talking about the removable outer casing, it's called the "fan housing base" and DIYSpareParts.com sells it for £18.85 (#9 in the diagram). That converts to $25.53 in US dollars.
